Thanks for the email, and what a novel way of working referral fees!!  I love the idea of paying a referral fee to the agent who might have passed your name along to the agent with the buyer!  Because I network all over the country, I do have other agents asking if I know someone in whatever area they need an agent in - and how nice it would be to get a small referral fee for passing along that name!  I would do so anyway, as I always have, but what a nice little treat!!
