15 Comments on Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA 94114: Neighborhood Snapshot (#11)
David, what a great presentation. I'm betting your fame is spreading through these blogs.
Who was it that told me,"go west young man"? I think I should have listened. I've been in Noe and it was sooooo cool. I can hardly wait to visit again.
Hey Charles...I love it when you come by to visit these posts. And LOL...could it have been the Village People?
David, come to think of it....it could have been. The memory is the first thing to go...oops better not go there.
David- Everytime I read your neighborhood snapshots I want to move to San Francisco! You've done a beautiful job on this one. And you can tell that you really know the areas.
Another spectacular market report, David. Who wouldn't want to use you as their realtor. Wow!
You never cease to amaze me Mr. Ames..............your neighborhood snapshots are the best. I agree with Kathy, every time I see one, it makes me want to move to the San Francisco area. So well done David.
"All aboard the Ames Train, the tour is about to begin".
Another spectacular report on a local neighborhood. I really like your format, the flow, the combination of facts and anecdotes and the visuals. You really do a great job on these.
David - Noe looks like a great neighbourhood - I especially like the fact that it's dog friendly. Ok, sure am glad I watched the video(s)... I thought it was pronounced "No" but it seems to be pronounced "No Way!". Sigh - if only I had a green card...
No worry Charles, 'mums' the word.
Kathy ~ I'll have to make that collection of "tours" you keep asking for into a "carry-on item" you can bring when you come out for a visit...a custom tour book just for you.
Who wouldn't indeed! Thanks Jane. ;)
Ah Roger...you're the best. i appreciate your ridership. ;)
Thanks Bryan, I really appreciate you're saying that. I admit, I do enjoy putting these together.
Sally ~ Funny you should mention that. I thought about adding a "pronunciation" comment. it's actually more like "knowy", but I know a few 'valley girls' that pronounce it like "no way" (lol). It's like 'Gough' Street...half the out-of-towners pronounce it like "Go" when it's actually pronounced like 'cough'. It's all regional, right?
Hi David,
I just love the pictures at the top - so different than Southeastern PA. My brother lived in San Francisco for a few years but then got relocated back east, but he still wishes he lived there. I got to visit him a couple times and loved it too.
Lisa
Hello David and you have some serious history in your neck of the woods, and have found a feature at one of my favorite groups at AR ...
CALIFORNIA DREAMING
Vegas Bob ;o)
Thanks for the feature, VB. ;-)
You are very welcome friend ...

David,
You ROCK the neighborhood reports! Again...I want to be you when I grow up. Nicely done. I guess I have to step up my game in Marin.
I think you're doing a great job Cari. Thanks for checking mine out. ;-)
