The following numbers represent the current Foreclosure Sold Inventory data as well as the current "Active" and "Sale Pending" data for Bank Owned (REO) properties in Blackhawk, CA 94506 for the month of February 2011. There was little activity in the bank owned segment for February. The numbers are not accurately represented as one of the sales was reported sold for $1 while listed for $1,703,400.
Keep in mind that the Sold Price Data versus the List Price Data does not reflect any price reductions which may have occurred. Call me for more detailed information about the current Foreclosure/REO market in Blackhawk.
