Doug - Looks like the average DOM isn't bad at all! 2 months. This should help reduce the inventory of foreclosed homes quickly.
That is true Nevin. While they are not "flying off the shelves" the marketing time is certainly good overall.
I like the addition of the "high" sale and "low" sale for the area. Gives prospective buyer's a little better sense of the range in the community.
Doug,
Great Walnut Creek Foreclosure Stats. It's great to see that inventory isn't sitting on the market in your area.
Steve
Now want to share the technique/method you use for putting the chart imposed on the photo?
Dave: Thanks for the kudos.
Yes Steve, it certainly is.
I also like how you put the chart over the nice picture of what I presume is Walnut Creek. It almost looks like a scene from upcountry Maui - by the winery in Ulupalakua.
Georgina - That's Mt. Diablo in the background. A beautiful state park which much of the Tri-Valley region surrounds. Great view from the peak on a clear day.
WOW the difference between the active & pending sectors of the REO market in your area speaks volumes!
It certainly does Renee.
