Fair Downs

Affordable housing is coming to a festival site soon. The old Fair Downs is going to be turned into a housing project by a Virginia Beach developer. Lawson Homes is planning on putting 171 homes on the the 23 acre site. There will be 72 condo style homes, 38 multifamily homes, 48 townhomes and 13 single family homes. The project will be called "October at Fair Downs" and is estimated to cost $20 million dollars. Lets hope it gets off the ground soon.
