Our office is currently seeking 50 quality agents looking to get their careers to the next level. We have our agents come into our weekly sales meetings with the names of agents they had contact with over the past week that impressed them. "Their Favorite Agent of the Week" It could be that the other agent call them back quickly, they were great to deal with, came up with a great solution to a problem, strong negotiator, friendly....etc....
This has also helped our agents with morale....Instead of being pulled down by negativity during the week, they are actively looking for positive comments and actions.....
You bring about what you think about.....don't you agree?
The goal is to reach out to those agents and let them know we are impressed with them and if they ever think about a change to please think of us first.
