2007 year to end of August residential MLS® sales are higher in four of New Brunswick's real estate boards. *

<> The Moncton area continues to hold the distinction of the largest real estate market in New Brunswick.

<> The Moncton area average sale price this year is lower than the Fredericton area and the Saint John area.

<> The Fredericton area continues to hold the distinction of the highest average sale price in New Brunswick.

<> The Saint John area has the greatest increase in unit sales over last year.

<> The Northern board has the greatest increase in average sale price.
