Yesterday I worked floor time in the office from 9 - 3
showed a couple homes afterwards.
Went home, on the phone about the whole time
needed some chocolate kisses
so went to town
and gassed the car at $3.62 a gallon.
Typical day, home a little later than usual
finally about 8:30 PM
On my kitchen table was a small ziplock baggie
written on it said
To Mom
Love Julie
It appeared to be a tiny brown waffle
I looked at it and it looked good.
But I wasn't sure if I was supposed to toast it
butter it frost it or just eat it!
Soon my other daughter appeared and said,
Mom did you try the waffle brownie Julie made?
and I said "It's right here"
She was like OMgoodness it is so good....
I needed no more encouragement at that point,
so I took it out and began to eat it
I always take small bites
It was small like a cookie, but fluffy like a cake.
And waffle shaped only tiny
and good.
I thought I died and went to heaven......
Instead I went to sleep....
