Interview with Feng Shui LI consultant Laura Cerrano about Feng Shui by MYLITV from Long Island NY

Laura Cerrano Feng Shui LI consultant was interviewed by MYLITV March 12, 2011 by Waldo Cabrera, creator of the Fio's TV production. All stories covered by MYLITV are based on local events happening all over Long Island NY. During the Strength for Life New York health retreat, Laura Cerrano discussed the importance of the "Red Envelope Tradition" in Feng Shui with clients. 

Every consultant will approach their practice differently, based on how they are taught and what feels intuitively correct for them. 

Traditional Red Envelopes

The Red Envelopes can be utilized for various reason, understanding your intention for each will effect the outcome for its use.  Many know the Red Envelops as being used for payment.  A Feng Shui consultant is traditionally not allowed to accept payment with out the money being placed in a certain amount of envelopes, usually 9, and then handed over. If not placed in the Red Envelope it can be seen as a disrespect to the practice of Feng Shui.

The Red Envelope is also recognized as being protecting of energy and a energy exchange between client and teacher, or student and teacher. The information that is shared is considered sacred and dates back to about 3-6,000 years. 

Laura Cerrano keeps in mind all the traditions mentioned above while encouraging her clients to write down their intentions and placing them inside.  In her view and from her 12 years of experience, Laura has been able to develop deeper insights to different clients situations that are not at the surface of the initial consultation. this becomes more of the Spiritual aspect of Feng Shui.
