CanEquity Mortgage is offering 3.84% APR on a 5 year fixed closed mortgage.

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) was up 87.18 points closing at 14,087.18.

Canadian/US Dollar Exchange Rate dropped 8 points today to close at 101.97 USD.
