Needham Real Estate Market = Hot
In the past 7 days there have been 28 single family homes that have accepted offers. Some of these homes are brand. Needham has so much to offer and is truly insulated as far the real estate market is concerned.
I see this continuing in Needham throughout the entire spring market.. It is important to position the property in the market place to sell. The first 2 weeks are critical to price correctly because that is when all the excitement is happening.
Gone are the days when the seller was in the driver's seat. That went away in 2005 or maybe earlier than that. It is still a buyer's market.
