How do I find buyers?

By
Real Estate Agent with Sea Glass Properties

So, I was thinking today: "there must be a website or something that has a whole list of investors and buyers looking for real estate."

Is it wrong to think that there must be a resource available that has buyers looking for homes? Or is this a "dream."

I am not trying to cut corners, just curious as to whether or not there are tools available to help locate buyers via the web.

Nick...work the prospect list, work your sphere of influence, write snappy ads, take good pictures for the bait to attract buyers to call or visit or email!

You have buyers if you have listings. But that's not too helpful advice, is it?

You could work the floor or open houses. You probably have to sort the goods among the not-so-goods.

You could also put together a Free, Informative Home Buying seminars if you get a few realtors to pull this together. Like Andrew say, work your SOI. Blogging works too. Blog about what you think Buyers want in your area.
