Sandy, seeing this pie chart is just awesome for you and everyone in Viera, Florida! In my area, I can only wish our market was dominated by traditional sales like yours. :)

Having about 84% of the homes for sales being traditional sales is a outstanding number for the market.

Kevin, We love seeing the stats in Viera. Hopefully we will start seeing our other nearby cities following suit.
Leilani, I'm with you on that one. Unfortunately, our other areas don't shine as well on a pie chart, as Viera does. But, we love seeing the stability in this fast growing city.
Lou, The Viera market in Brevard County is holding steady. That's a positive note for us.

Silvia, This is good news for Viera. And I agree it started being developed prior to the boom. Many of Viera's residents are retirees, so there is some stability there. I hope you are well!
