February 2011 Real Estate Transactions for Plano TX

In Plano, the sold volume of homes decreased from $42.1 million in February 2010 to $35.4 million in February 2011. The number of sales also declined from 173 to 128 in 2011. Homes priced under $100,000 and over $500,000 were on the market for fewer days before selling in February 2011 compared to February 2010. Homes priced from $100,000-$500,000 were on the market for more days before selling in February 2011. Homes priced under $100,000 were able to sell for 96.0% of their list price in February 2011, and 82.9% of their list price in February 2010. Homes priced over $750,000 made up 4.7% of home sales in February 2011, but only 1.7% in February 2010. Most homes sold in Plano were between $100,000-$300,000; homes in this price range made up 76.9% of home sales in February 2010 and 69.9% of sales in February 2011.
