Yesterday I had the good fortune to see Terry Watson present at our Board of Realtors Luncheon and he was amazing! We only had 20 minutes with him but he had everyone in the audience standing at the end! He was at the end of a very long list of awards for those that participated in committees, GRI Certificates being awarded and new inductees to the Board. The only reason people were sticking around was because the sponsor was giving away a cruise at the end. Most times our lunches this is the longest 20 minutes of our our lives - yesterday was different! He had everyone laughing within the first minute and I am still smiling a day later.
Terry really forced us to look at things differently and definately gave us a lot to think about! What a great boost in motivation for all that were in the room! I ran into a Realtor that did not attend and I was the third person that told him he missed something special. There are several hundred pumped up Real Estate Practitioners on Marco Island as a result of the brief 20 minutes we spent with this amazing man!
