Builders in the Springfield area are now seeing the benefit of offering discounts.  When I lived in Virginia, prices were almost doubled than Missouri.  That is a gorgeous home.  Thanks for sharing.

This builder is having a 5 day sale.  I sold one home in the K.Hovanian sale three weeks ago.  But, I had a buyer ready.  I don't have anyone ready for this one.

Faina.  Thanks.  I visit these builders regularly to stay on top of where I can get a good deal for buyers.

Dominic.  You are right.  I just returned from visiting a builder who called me about a special sale next weekend.  I got photos and flyers.  As soon as I get a cup of coffee, I'll do a cuople of more "on line flyers" for them. 

I'd love to sell another one of these $900K babies this year.  I've got five under contract now.  I love them.
