February 2011 continued to show only minor variations in the averages of price for homes sold in Phoenix area real estate community areas from prior months – a few community areas are up a dollar or so, some community areas down a dollar or so – no major changes from prior months. This can all be considered good news as there seems not to be any volatile changes.
Bob & Carolin,
Phoenix really presents some great opportunites. I think it was Warren Buffet who advised, don't wait too long to buy a low priced investment.
All the best,
Steve
Bob and Carolin - Phoenix has always been one of my more favorite areas ever since I visited a few years back. Looks like there are some very good investments available currently. Best of luck for the future.
No news is good news, especially when it means prices are not falling. Phoenix is coming back!
Bob and Carolin --- it looks like there are some very affordable areas for buyers and/or investors in Phoenix. Nice report --- good information and easy to read.
My daughter just came back from Phoenix visiting a friend...she loved the area....better to have some stable prices vs. price drops....
I never thought of putting the market report on my WP blog or website with a link to it in AR - grear idea
That is good news of your market stability, Bob and Carolin. Hopefully by the next two quarters you might start to see an upward trend.
Hi Bob and Caroline....sounds like your real estate market has turned the corner. Home Buyers sitting on the fence should start looking while you still have great choices
Interesting observations. Have you noticed many Canadians buying in your area?
Keep selling those East Phoenix Arizona Homes!
Well, no sudden changees is a good thing! After a rough ride, this IS good news.
Carolin,
Someone just sent me a photo from Gold Canyon of a Bobcat "treed" on the top of a Saguaro by a Mountain Lion. You live in a beautiful area!
Mike in Tucson
Bob & Carolyn I hope the market picks up and you both have a great Spring!
