rubber duckieEaster is just around the corner and that means it's almost time for Washington City's Duckie Drop! This event will be held at the Washington City Community Center, 350 N. Community Center Dr, Washington Utah on Monday March 28,2011 from 6-9 p.m.  Participants ages infant to 12 years old are invited to attend. Four hundred duckies will be dropped into the Washington City Community Center's leisure pool from their 300 gallon dump bucket.  Each duckie will be numbered and redeemable for a variety of prizes such as movie tickets, kites, water guns and frisbees to name a few. Everyone will receive a prize, regardless of catching a duckie. Ticket prices are $10 per child and $4 per adult, children 2 & under are free.  Only 400 tickets will be sold, so hurry and get yours today! Age groups are infants-2 year olds, 3-5 year olds, 6-9 year olds and 10-12 year olds.  All children must be accompanied by an adult. Erika...well this sounds like a fun event for kids....I've never heard of one like this.
