Buyers and The American Dream

Some say that the American Dream is dead.  I suspect that what they mean is that the part of the dream that includes home ownership is over.  But that is not true either. Recently Warren Buffet (arguably the best investor in America), was quoted as saying that owning a affordable home is still appropriate, in fact it was his 3rd best investment of all time (his first two were wedding rings for his wives).  Very well stated by this top investor. Affordable is the key word here, not dream.  The American Dream includes a affordable home ownership, not Dream home ownership. Few ever achieve the dream home, but many can achieve the dream of home ownership, just keep it affordable.
