Our goal is to make sure that your local bank has support in getting transactions closed without referring them to a larger lender, this way your own local lender can sit down with the client and take care of them and retain their own customers business. We never solicit customers directly our clients are the many community banks located in Oklahoma. We strive to partner with you to provide an outlet to the secondary market. We do NOT require a certain amount of volume so whether you do one loan per month or one loan per year we are here to assist you in keeping your client.
With the upcoming changes to FHA many banks are reviewing how they will be handling the FHA process, we are here to provide those services should your bank need us to process, underwrite, close or fund either FHA, VA or USDA or conventional loan financing.
