This "Like New" (2006) single wide is sitting on four beautiful acres in Oakwood Village which is located about 8 miles east of Riverside, Texas. This subdivision is actually in San Jacinto county but it is so close to Riverside that we like to think of them as us! Like Riverside, the residents of Oakwood Village have a Huntsville mailing address. WE ARE RURAL!! ☺

One of the things that I love about Oakwood Village is the fact that the homes are not right on top of each other. Most are on small acreage and well maintained. It's a great subdivision and this is a GREAT house!
