Benjamin Harrison, our 23rd President was nicknamed "Little Ben," graduated from Ohio University in Oxford, Ohio and in 1888 he won the Presidency over Grover Cleveland even though Cleveland had over one million more popular votes, thanks to the Electoral College.

- Harrison made 140 completely different speeches in 30 days.
- Benjamin Harrison was the first President to use electricity in the White House. After he got an electrical shock his family often refused to touch the light switches and would sometimes go to bed with the lights on.
- Pat Robertson, founder of CBN Television Network (The 700 Club) is a great-grandson of President Harrison.
- Benjamin Harrison was the grandson of 9th, President William Henry Harrison.
- Harrison was the last President to wear a beard while in office.
- On June 7, 1892, Harrison became the first President to ever attend a baseball game.
