Every market is different and the one you list, sell in is the one to quote on line for your area. Too many buyers and sellers being made "deer in the headlights" scared with what is happening in four states where close to 50% of the problems are. Smaller rural state don't have price spikes, market bubble bursts and look even more attractive with no crime, low low prices for property. Maine is 46h lowest for FSSR (foreclosure, short sale, repossession)
It the postiive news and postitive that is going to help quite a bit.
It's all about consumer confidence...
This is the time that the Law of the Equilibrium kicks in. It is a grea benefit.
