The pictures that are posted with a listing for sale are just that. Great photos of the home that will entice buyers to hopefully run (not walk) to set up a showing and put in a offer to purchase. They are hand picked photos that bring out all the positive features about the property.
As a buyer agent I have already had clients say to me. "You don't have to take photos of the home to send to me, I have plenty of pics that I found online with the listing."
Well, The pictures I will take for you (my client, the buyer) will be totally different than the pictures that you see on with the listing of the property. I don't represent the seller, I represent you the buyer.
I will be taking pictures of water damage, bad wiring, cracks in the foundation, water in the basement or evidence of such. Photos of the house that is right next door that is in shambles (that you can't see by the way the listing pictures are taken.) The list I have goes on and on..... These are pictures you will not see in the listing of the property. They don't bring out the good points of the property.
So, please ,allow your buyer agent to take "Buyer" photos for you of the property you are interested in. This saves much time for you, a busy buyer ,to eliminate properties that would not suit your needs.
