Is Your Agent Faking it?

When your selling your home and your looking for an agent who fully understands online marketing, mobile marketing and so on, there are a couple of questions you should ask your agent so you know they are just not "faking it" anyone can say they are a tech savvy agent but they really may not be at all.

Here are a couple of questions you may want to ask before you sign that listing agreement:

1) What Does SEO mean?

2) Do you do any SEM?

3) How so you use Social Media Marketing?

4) Do you actually work on your own web site or do you hire a company?

5) What is your buyer conversation/bounce rate on your web site?

6) Is your site indexed in all 3 major search engines and if so what is the ranking/keywords?

7) What is your blogging platform? or do you have a blog?

8) Do you use analytics to track your data & marketing reach?

These are just some of the questions to ask to see whether or not your agent is truly tech savvy or is just reading articles and blurting out nonsense. DON'T BE FOOLED!
