Sales are surprisingly steady for brand new construction. There are a number of very nice condos available at the prices customer are paying for 3/3 condos are very reasonable (often below retail) - the advantages of having a new condo warranty (1 year) and predictable monthly fees are bringing astute buyers back to the market.

Yes, the activity has picked up alot. We are pleased to see the success of what your developer is doing and selling those units.

Activity in this market is key and I expect this next year to be a frenzy of baby boomers coming in. O, Kheir has great knowledge of our building Ocean Vistas and can assit you as well owning in our building.
