17 Comments on Luxury Real Estate Marketing Essentials: Best in Class Mexican Food
R and A ....La Surperica as one of the top 100 restaurants in the world >>>>
Now that is incredible !!!!!!!!!!! What a great Find ...Now on my list
I just bumped into a Pizza Restaurant ...that is pretty good called Dough in San Antonio
Thank You
I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD Ron and Alexandra!
Looks like a diamond in the rough!
Have a great Friday!
I am so going there the next time I'm in Santa Barbara! The line is a good indicator the food is worth waiting for...
Ron & Alexandra,
I'm delighted how you've differentiated the perception of making a lot of money in order to be of the luxury brand versus the quest for the best of La Superica... g
Robert,
Let us know if you come out our way. It is a delightful place, we love the way the family works together.A
Michele,
We love Mexican food too. This place is in a class by itself, and it is no wonder that Julia Childs loved it. A
Norma,
Please call us if you are coming out our way, it would be fun to meet you. A
Gordon,
By virtue of being "best of class" one succeeds...a lot of money means different things to different people....There are people who make a lot of money but are not best in class. Thanks as always for your perception and insights. A
We will make a point to visit La Superica next time we are in Santa Barbara... and we are way overdue for a trip!
Great recommendation! I've been to SB many times but never been there. Places like this are such a treat because you get past the big names and tourist spots for first-class food. We have a couple of similar places in Silicon Valley that have been around forever and just keep serving what amounts to a homecooked meal for peanuts.
Hi Ron and Alexandra,
I just love Mexican food, so this caught my attention immediately. We have some great "window service" restaurants nearby in Philly but they are mostly for those famous Philly cheesesteaks.

Great example of affordable luxury! I've never been to Santa Barbara, but I guarantee that I would make sure La Superica would be on my list!
Bryan,
Some of these places are a lot of fun. This family has been offered many lucrative deals when it comes to expanding their business. They are not interested in expansion. They are happy continuing to do exactly what they want to do, and be the best at it. It makes you re think the concept of expanding. A
Lisa,
I am looking forward to trying one of those famous Philly cheesesteaks. Thanks for commenting. A
Sharon,
What is delightful is that every tourist seems to know about it. By noon, there is a line around the block. We usually get there when they open at 11:00AM, which is good for us as we are up and it by 6 some mornings. It is fun to talk to people in line and get a geography lesson. A
Interesting reading the comments! La Superica reminds me of me. I, too, am not interested in expansion.:) I am not in business to have tons of listings and become rich and famous...but I want my clients to feel they are my top priority.
Sonja,
Sounds like you just want to be "best in class!" A
Dear R and A -
Hope you are well.
You commented above, "What can you do better than anyone else in the world--at least the world of your local marketplace? Can you define your winning formula and can you deliver superior service, consistently?"
Well, I think I am ready to begin the San Diego project. Needed a game plan and it has taken a lot of thinking. I am using your comment above as part of planning the first outreach.
Will reply to you after I contact your friend. Wanted to wait until I was sure of what I was doing before I enjoyed any networking opportunities
Have a happy day -
Lynn
Lynn,
Glad to hear it. Wishing you all the luck in the world and success in all your endeavors. A
