Howcome the Nighttime is the Most Fruitful Time?

Ok, Here is my question...

The puzzle imageSince I've joined here, which was quite some time ago (4 days ago  :)  I realized that I receive the comments on my blogs generally after 8pm (PST).   Although, I generally post blogs and comments during the day while I'm working, just to give myself a little break and to start working with a fresh mind again.

I have been, absolutely, hooked on to AR.  When I go to lunch, I check the AR and post comments through my cell phone (PDA), and I am assuming there are few of you out there who are like me, too.

So, here is the question I'd like to ask you all...

Do you show homes and do business during the day, and visit AR during the evening?  or, what is your pattern of AR usage?

PS:  Since i've been puzzled, here is an image that may puzzle you.  (I'm trying to get even  :)  LOL

Hello Mehmet, I visit AR early in the morning before my "work" day begins.  Sometimes I have free time during the day to check in and read, but for the most part its early mornings for me.

I am usually up at about 4:30-5:00 and read while I drink my coffee.  I periodically get an email from someone that prompts me back for a read throughout the day.  I am so fortunate to have a new network of friends, nationwide.  If I don't email for a day they think something is wrong.  What a group!

I do check and post during the day if I have some free time, but generally I do it at night after all my other responsibilities have been met.  I feel that at night my mind is clearer.

Mehmet - There's no one time I go to AR, but I'm an early riser and tend to spend an hour or two first thing in the morning writing and responding to comments. I'm glad to hear you're hooked. Are you a member of Active Rain Addicts?

Hi Tom,

thank you for your comment.  I'm joining to the AR Addicts right now..  Also, thank you for helping me with my addiction  :)

I've been on AR for over a year. I began a marketing campaign during December, when my business normally slows way down, and I was hunkering down for a winter of AR.

The marketing exploded and I've been gone for many months.

But! To answer your question, I think I'm here mostly early mornings. Except for today; I'm out of town in a Best Western on my aircard. When I'm bored, I know where to go! (no pun intended)

Met, you always come up with good questions!

I usually jump on AR first thing in the morning and right before bed. During the day I'm addicted to making phone calls. I do however check my email at least a dozen times a day and keep up to the minute on comments I receive.

Dawn...

I'm glad that you made it safely...   So far I can tell that the mornings and evenings I get quite a few comments, and few during the day  :)

As you can guess, I'm excited to get up and read the comments, as well as for the dinner time.  As soon as we are done with the dinner, I'm back here  :)

Vincent,

I see that this is the trend...  I wanted to find out the reason for the high traffic in the morning and evenings

I think i'm getting an idea as to why...  thanks to all of you and your comments...

Mehmet, I think because most of us are home, done for the day, taken care of our families, dinner is over, and not its time to put up our feet, check in on AR, and have a beer!

Hi Mehmet. I usually check in before lunch, but you can almost bet that I'll be here just before bedtime.

Ilyce,

thank you for your comment..   I guess YOU ARE the one that is leaving me the comments during the day... Now, I know who is commenting on me before lunch time  :)

Night time is the right time.  I get on in the AM, but usually do most of my creative work after dark... and after my son hits the sack.

Hi Lane,

I absolutely understand you.  Between 5 and 8pm, it is family time and I wait until my 4 year old goes to bed.  And then, it is back to business again...  I think I am just a work-aholic, hence comes my AR addiction  :)

10/08/2007 10:24 PM by Mehmet Met Dilsiz (FND Photography)

Since,

I've posted this blog, It seems like I'm getting more comment during the day, as opposed to the night time  :)

Mehmet, that is an awesome picture.  I know you're a professional, but still, that's a real piece of work.  Thanks for sharing, and thanks for the pictures of the trees!
