Real Estate Agent to the rescue!
I had my morning planned - a few errands before we left town, some time at the office to leave my files for the agent covering my business, last minute suitcase check - then on the road to Eastern Washington for my daughter's volleyball tournament.
Then the call came.
My seller had locked herself out of the house. She was in the garage - with no way to get back in. No problem - I will come by and get the key out of the agent box and let her in. Oh - problem. My electronic key is in my truck - which my husband took to get ready for our trip. Detour to the Jiffy Lube, get the key, then out to let her in.
With some creative delegation of the rest of my errands we were able to get on the road only 5 minutes later than planned!
