February 01, 2011 through to February 28, 2011 there were 14 Single Family Homes Sold. The Average Sales Price of $336,714. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 63. During the same time there were 21 New Listings entering the market with the Average Asking Price $365,333. 

Currently there are 180 homes listed sale for sale and the Average Asking Price $419,667.
