Tri-Cities Tennessee is located in the middle of everything! You are one to four hours away from so many great activities and beauty, no matter which direction you turn. Last week-end we stopped off in Charlotte North Carolina and visited the downtown area. (3 hour drive from the Tri-Cities.) This week-end we are going to Asheville North Carolina, just a mere 1 hour drive over the mountain. Asheville has so much to offer, shopping, dining, eclectic downtown area, perfect place to people watch! I like to call Asheville an artsy place. Lots of creative venues, musicians on the street, a park i the center of downtown where you will find an array of locals and artisans alike. A game of checkers at an outdoor table, a man playing guitar and children dancing. Today we are at a resort just minutes from downtown, yet it feels like a world away. Please enjoy.
Tri-Cities Tennessee is specifically: Johnson City Tennessee, Bristol Tennessee, Kingsport Tennessee.

Thanks everyone for your comments- and yes, come visit and I'll be happy to be the tour guide! Yes Richard, I was worried about my distance, I actually did 3 different takes in different positions, thinking I would not use the long distance one. However, it turned out the best. Did you get your external mic??
Hi Cindy, I went to Best Buy, where I purchased my camera, and was informed that my camera does not have a connection for an external mic. They didn't even sell external mics for cameras. I also determined that the mic is on the top of the camera, and does not face forward, toward me. That may be part of the problem, with my voice fading in and out for my outdoor video shots. I will need to do some playing around with it, or, get clever and creative. ;-) Best wishes always.

Hi Cindy! That's a nice video of you talking about Asheville.
Hi Cindy, You seem to be quite a distance from the camera, but, your mic sounds really good. What is your secret? Best wishes always.
