I hate filling out forms...I will say that I will use them only in certain situations...I would rather use other forms (logo that links as an example) in place when I can...better advertising...they do have their place though...I think.

Or do you use them for contact info entry and other 'non browser' stuff?

I do not use QR codes but have been thinking about using it.
