You Sold My House in One Day - Will You Lower Your Commission?
I wanted to re-blog Pat's post when it was originally posted. Now that re-blogging is enabled, I took this opportunity to re-blog this featured post.
Pat has a great argument to those sellers who always will try to justify a lower compensation for great agents like her who could sell the home in one day!

“I don’t know…..Will you charge me less commission since my home sold so quickly??”
“Mr. Seller, are you telling me that if it had taken six months to sell your home you would have paid me more?!”
