If you haven't already, please log into your Sold Team mail account and make the following change:
Login in mail.soldteam.net
Click "options"
Under General Options, click "Email Admin Center"
Middle of the page under "Routing" make sure that the "save a copy" box IS NOT CHECKED under "forward to".
This will prevent your mailbox from getting full and your emails being bounced back to the sender.
