Yep, if you are a mime, and are looking into increase the size of your imaginary box, then I have the home for
you. This home is as has as many bedrooms, baths and square footage as you can imagine.

The only thing you need to remember is your lot is only .35 acres and there is an egress in the City of Portland,
so keep that in mind when you are imagining your home. If you are a mime, and looking to have a place for
your dream imaginary home, then I have the lot for you.

Here are some great pictures of the home and if this is something that you are looking for in the Portland area,
then give me a call or e-mail me for more information. I have other imaginary homes that are also for sale and
feel free to e-mail me for pictures of those also.

Howdy Todd

This is a very funny post.

I hope you have a mime home inspector that can do a inspection for them. lol

Hoping you get a lot of calls.

Have a good one

Todd - You clever devil. I'm trying to figure out if I should weigh the cost approach over the sale comparison approach...? Land appraisal or new construction subject to "imaginary" plans and specs? Thought provoking...

When Bridget saw this post she starting laughing hysterically, almost hyena like, and made me come check it out...then it sounded like a heard of hyenas were in our house...haha...This was hilarious Todd! You crack me up

Too funny, Todd.  You have quite the sense of humor.  Thanks so much for the giggle.

From what I hear about Portland, you could wind up with multiple offers!

Hi Todd,
You sure have a creative mind and a great sense of humor.  The comments you have received are great.

Dale, the inspector was also a mine, so he didn't having anything bad to say about the property - lol

Barbara Joe or Bill - Thank You

Michael - I would love to hear how you decide to appraise it.

Bridget - Sorry to make you do a spit take again! I really don't mean to make you cry!

Rick - How would you loan on this? Just a question. (You better not being calling Bridget a dog though)

Kathy - that is what I just asked Rick.

Nancy - I have been tame at times in my blogs, just ask Bridget. She has seen some of my humor via e-mail that I best not post!

Patricia - You have probably heard right. Except hear even the mimes speak load with their opinions - lol

Cynthia - I'm glad I could make you laugh. If you read a lot of my posts, they are filled with a lot of this same twisted sence of humor.

Very clever!  I'm glad it was in the Week in Review so that I found it!

Diane - The only disappointing thing about it, was that I didn't get a single call on it, when I posted it on Craigslist. I thought for sure, I would have had at least one person call on it!
