Got the Monday Blues & feeling a Little Sluggish? "Maybe I can Help!"
Mondays have always been a day in the week when everyone is trying to re coupe for those that don't work on Saturday or Sundays. You can see these two in the photo above are moving a little slow this Monday morning.
For those that are feeling a little a Little Sluggish after a nice relaxing weekend her are a few tips ...
A nice refreshing walk or short run in the morning will get your heart pumping and blood flowing to help prepare you for the day.
A nice big cup of coffee or tea is a good morning starter.
30 minutes of yoga ... stretching our muscles is a great way to wake our bodies up in the mornings.
A small breakfast such as fruit, small bowl of cereal/ oats, maybe a slice of toast with jam is great way to wake our bodies up, and fueling our bodies. Be careful not to eat to large of a breakfast because it can have a opposite effect and to much food can make you Sluggish.
Singing is a great way to wake up with a positive attitude, so maybe singing in the shower will give you a little picker upper.
What ever you may choose in the morning to help wake you up and prepare you for the beginning of the week please try and remember ...
Positive Attitude
Try your best to have your chin up, chip on your shoulder and keep telling yourself through out the day ... I feel great and I will not allow anyone to bring me out of my great mood.
