Landscaping - Connective RealtyIf you are thinking of selling your Bryan / College Station home next fall or winter but you are not ready to put your house on the market right now, then contact us so that we can take exterior pictures of your home during the spring and summer months when your home looks it's best.

For many homeowners, the need to sell their home doesn't occur until the dreary winter months. That time of year can make it difficult to get beautiful pictures of the exterior of your home that truly showcase all the landscaping and lighting that your home offers during the spring and summer months.

We all know that many home buyers begin their home search on line and stunning pictures can say a thousand words. Why show pictures of your home to potential buyers that were taken on days when the grass was yellowed, no leaves were on the trees and there were no bright colored flowers in the landscaping?

Let your property stand out among all of the other properties that are being listed at the same time as yours. While other properties will have sparse landscaping, leaves on the driveway and deck, covers hiding the beautiful pool or hot tub yours will pop with color, full trees and shrubs and landscaping that buyers will imagine themselves enjoying.

Give us a call and we can take pictures of your home while the sun is shining and the exterior or your home looks at it's best. No obligation, your pictures will be kept on file until you are ready to get your home sold.

Hi Jody, getting lots of colorful spring flowers in your photographs only adds to the appeal of the home for sale I agree.

You are so right Gary. Pictures of homes taken during the spring or summer with lots of colorful flowers always make the home look more appealing then when the photos are taken during the winter months.

Thanks :)
