Zorvino Vineyards A Sandown NH Jewel

Sandown NH VineyardToday was a beautiful fall day in New England perfect for exploring and discovering new places.

Jay and I had errands to run and a new construction home to photograph today.

On the way home we drove by Zorvino Vineyards in Sandown New Hampshire.

It was perfect timing for us as I had been driving by this place for months and my curiosity finally got the better of me.

From the road all you see is the sign and a long gravel drive. I had no clue what lay hidden from view up that driveway.

A friend of mine had attended a wedding there and simply raved about the place and I had noticed wine tasting ads and knew that they held functions up there.
I was not prepared for what greeted me.

This is definitely your State's time of year; I bet the leaves are already starting to get pretty and colorful. Life is good

Linda...Thank you and it is gorgeous. It might be a perfect place to hold a REALTOR meeting although all that wine scares me <gg>.

Hi Monika - we must have more wineries in NH than we realize.  I learned about one down in South Hampton from going to the Farmer's Market here - they have a display set up and it looked really nice.  We've got another one not too far from me that is owned by a former REALTOR.  And I know there are others, too.  Field trips all over the place!!

NH must be drinking state <gg> Ann, home to all those wineries. I never knew we had so many of them! I love the sound of this HallowWine party they are having.

Monika-I swear you and Ann find the neatest places.  Believe it or not I have never been to a wine tasting.  I don't handle myself well.  As soon as I drink the first sip, I feel it working in my blood stream.  yes I am a cheap date.  Thank you for commenting on my post.

Midori...Thanks for stopping by. Wine goes right to my head as well. I might sip a glass while Jay drinks the bottle.

Monika, I love places like that, and it is amazing that they have remained a secret for as long as they have.  Well maybe not, because maybe those that have discovered them want to keep them all to themselves, and who could blame them.

I hear you George...we all like to keep our special places to ourselves. Thanks for stopping by...BTW how are the Yanks doing?

Now you didn't mention which ones tasted best!!
