Vintage Lakes is a heavily wooded subdivision located at Louetta and 249. The subdivision will consist of 145 single family homes. Vintage Lakes is a gated subdivision, it has 2 fountain lakes and is set behind a 50-foot natural tree buffer. Homes are priced from the $600's to $2 million plus.

The subdivision was developed in 2005. The new Village Park retail and commercial development is under construction and is expected to be completed in 2008.

Many of the homes in the subdivision surround the lake. The subdivision is in the highly acclaimed Klein ISD. The elementary is Brill, the middle school is Kleb and the high school is Klein High.

Homes sales are currently in the $597,699 to $2,005,786 range. The tax rate is $3.17 per 100 home value.

Candy, the homes are gorgeous. I love that style of architecture. We don't really see that style here. Do you have homes listed in Vintage Lakes?

Bridget - This is a brand new subdivision. Most have been built 06 & 07, so there has been very few resales as yet. (there is one active resale at this time)

I wanted to get the word out about Vintage Lakes as they really are beautiful homes and a very nice area with the new Vintage Park shopping center right up the street. Thank you for your comment.

Marchel - Yes it does have a grand entryway and is gated as well. There are some fabulous homes in there.

That will be happening with wide houses! And the subdivision lake is very large. It would be hard to fit it all in without a wide lens. I was glad to be of help!
