Sometimes you just need to dance, I know many of you get the erg within, but do you act on it? Well, you should :) Dancing is a great way to exercise and decrease stress.  The other day Laura Cerrano of Feng Shui Manhattan New York took time out in the early morning to do just that.  The rest of the day, she was cruising and grooving with a little extra step to her walk :)
