Look folks, even if you know a lot about real estate I would get a real estate agent to help you with investment property. This is what my wife and I did.

Before we were Realtors we were property re-habbers. Even though we could handle alll parts of a real estate transaction ourselves...we almost never did.

We had a good agent find and help us buy our properties, get them rented and then sell them for us when we were ready. We fixed them up and managed the rentals...that was enough.

If I lived in Victoria, I would have the Pfanns help me. I can tell by the quality of their writing that they know what they are doing. Contact them...it would be the wise move.

HI Steve and Jan,

Thank you so very much for your kind words and recommendation, without a team of like minded experts in their respective fields, investing and or rehabbing would be like swimming upstream, you can do it if your are real strong, but why would you.
