I wanted to reblog this post and give our own Active Rainer Joetta a chance to win this award! We have until April 13 to help her and you can vote multiple times.
If you read my posts very often, you know I love Arvada, and really enjoy our Olde Town. Now, Olde Town Arvada is one of the 10 finalists in the Live Work Play competition.
Please vote for Olde Town Arvada, she deserves to win this competition. Yes, some of the other finalists are snazzy, cool, and fun too. But Olde Town Arvada is a real hometown community that's been around for thousands of years (OK - just a little exaggeration there!). There's something special about that kind of history.
Just one warning - DON'T read the descriptions of the other finalists, just vote for Olde Town Arvada. If you read the other descriptions, you'll want to go hang out at all of them, and that's OK - as long as you vote for Olde Town Arvada. And Vote often!
PLUS Olde Town Arvada has free parking. Paying for parking is one of my pet peeves.
