For some this would be a Real Estate nightmare, but to me, this is a Real Estate Gem. It made me smile!

TheTimSeattle apparently found this little Home Improvement home where an owner created their OWN FIX to installing a Garage Door Opener.

It brought a tear to my eye, and a smile to my face.

Have you ever come across something like this in your Real Estate journeys?
