Anita, Your area just seems to do a better job in building affordable homes with great curb appeal.  Too many of our developments are too cookie cutter...every 4th or 5th house the same pattern, and no real flair to them.

Ginny...getting back to basics.  I've been slacking on these posts lately and really need to refocus to get complete area coverage.  I agree, with low mortgage rates now is the time for buyers to step up.

BLiz...It's a good problem to have but with so many different styles/choices it can be overwhelming for new buyers.

Anita, Such affordable housing choices at Bridlewood. Seems with prices of $150,00 to $185,000 there will be some lucky new buyers at this sub-division in Bonaire Ga!

Good presentation for these subdivisions in your area. The problem we have in the outlying areas in Austin is the builder is still building and it makes it difficult for the resale properties to sell! Good luck with yours and hope you have a speedy sale.
