March Flowers At Mercer Arboretum -- A Great Inexpensive Afternoon For Your Family. Admission is FREE.
These are some of the few bluebonnets I have seen this year. They are in front of the Arboretum entrance, right at the edge of the parking lot.
These great petunias are out front of the Arboretum entrance near the stop light. They remind me of peppermint candy canes.
Throughout the Arboretum they have these nice benches to sit on. No splinters here -- its a composite.
My current favorite herb is rosemary. I always like to rub it with my fingers and then sniff the oils. It is such a soothing natural smell.
These pinks (or some call them Sweet Williams) were in a raised bed near the entrance. They add a nice splash of color.
This was a close up picture of the blooms from what I call a tulip tree. I don't know the scientific name.
