Blaine Haven continues to move toward becoming Blaine's Hottest New Construction Community.
So, I was out at the site last week and things are progressing along. We've received preliminary information on the lot sizes and layouts. Many lots will be able to feature a Walk-Out lower level. Once pricing is finalized, we will be sending this information to all of you who have registered on the barkerhedges website as VIP Blaine Haven members. You can still register at www.barkerhedges.com. For those who have asked, yes there will be a Rambler option along with the 2-Story plans.
