Feng Shui Tip Movable Objects by Laura Cerrano Feng Shui Li New York consultant

Feng Shui offers various ways to help enhance sections of your home, which relate to areas in your life.  One common problem for why people call in a Feng Shui Consultant is because they feel "Stuck". When a person feels stuck this can relate to the physical and/or emotional blockages in your life.

To help address the psychical aspects of being "Stuck", a Feng Shui cure recommended is called "Movable Objects". By placing a movable object in a specific location with a specific intention of why, will help shift stagnant energy. But remember, you also have to act on your intention.

What can I use as a Movable Object?

A movable object is just that, anything that is moving. A client in Bellport Village NY used a Red colored lava Lamp as their movable object and placed it in their "Fame" area according to the Ba-gua.  Her intention was to help get her name out the Universe faster to increase her business and call in more clientele. Mind you, she did her work to the outside world and on the Internet with advertising and marketing.  With in a week she noticed a huge increase in revenue and not only gained more business, but now has a steady flow of income. Both were two major intentions for why she place the movable object in the "Fame" section of her home.

My Client was mindful with:

  • Where to place the movable object
  • Choosing the color red to properly address the accent color of "Fame"
  • Utilizing a movable object that matched her intention of a steady flow, which is what a lava lamp does
  • Acting on her intentions in the physical world, advertising, networking, and making connections with others

Feng Shui Real Estate tip:

Having a movable object located in a home for sale helps keep the energy "un stuck" along with live plats (if you can). Plants are living energy and can also be considered part of the "movable object" cure. They are great to place in the "wealth" section of your home and by the front entrance.

Plants or lava lamps (red ones) as moveable objects to get that unstuck energy flowing again. I like this one Laura. You are very good with this area of energy.

Hi Laura, A very interesting post and certainly added some clarity about Feng Shui and how to utilize it better in our own homes. While I don't have a Lava Lamp, I do have movement in a very large Grandfather clock. Whenever I fell a bit listlist, I re-organize an area of the home and do detail clean and polish and can feel a very positive energy flow.

Hi Laura

A wonderful post, I like the idea of plants to encourage the positive energy flow.  One of our favorite Chinese restaurants in Los Angeles host weddings often, and I remember tables laden with red envelopes, it was a site to behold.  A
