My market changes everyday...One day my phone rings off the hook with buyers for land, the next sellers wanting to move homes, next commercial.  Is it just me or is this market absolutely crazy...I just don't understand it.  I can't even follow it day to day.  Hot to Cold, Cold to Hot, Everyday is different...I just think I'm going to give up on where it is going and enjoy the ride. 

What's going on in other markets? Are you guys every where too? 

That's what I love about this business...The roller-coaster ride that is our daily job.
