Today is Wednesday! Yes. I know you knew that! But what this means in my book... outside of agent's caravan day, it is "Famous real estate Quote Day"!!!
I picked this one because I believe this sums up perfectly what we all believe as homeowners, even if you are an agent. We all pick carefully the location of our investment. Then, when the times comes to list it, we all believe (yes, believe!) that our house is worth more than what it really is! It is OK to feel this way. We have put in so much of our time and money and sweat!
When I found this quote from Will Rogers, I thought as an entertainer, he understood pretty well what people felt... still today! Let me know your thoughts. I always enjoy reading them!
