You MUST live in the Zip code or you are cheating (hey, it's my challange - hehe)
In my zip code - 92679, the lowest priced listing is
$44,000
The highest is
$13,500,000 (yes, that's millions!)
The Spread to beat - $13,456,000
NO SHORT SALES EITHER.
I don't expect any posts, because NO ONE is going to beat this!!

To be fair, the $44,000 house in MY zip code is down is a canyon up a 5 mile dirt road, the other home is in Coto de Caza, a very exclusive area in South Orange County Calif. They are probably within 10 miles of each other.
Welcome to Park City, UT:
12 bed, 16 bath estate in Deer Valley $42,800,000.
2 bed, 2 bath home Miner's shack in Old Town: $350,000.
That's a $42,450,000 spread. They are both in 84060.
Those are some HUGE spreads within the same zip! I could only find $523,000 spread within my zip!
